Student Admission Criteria

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for admission to LeDeG Midwifery College, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification

    Must have passed the 12th grade national exam with a score meeting the Ministry of Education's (MoE) cutoff point for university entry.

  • Gender Requirement

    Female students only.

  • Economic Background

    Must present a letter from the kebele (local government body) confirming that she comes from an economically disadvantaged family.

  • Entrance Examination

    Must pass the college's entrance exam.

  • Community Service Commitment

    Must be committed to work for at least 2 years in the community from which she was selected.

Application Process

Interested applicants should submit their completed application forms along with all required documentation by the announced deadline. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take the entrance examination, and successful examinees will proceed to the interview stage.
