To increase the quantity and quality of midwives by training young rural girls and graduate them with BSc degree,
To produce skilled, competent, and compassionate Midwives from rural regions in Ethiopia,
To contribute to the reduction of maternal and infant mortality and morbidity rates in Ethiopia,
To empower marginalized and disadvantaged young rural girls to serve as role models in their communities,
To create work opportunities for underprivileged young rural girls,
Strengthen maternal and reproductive healthcare services in remote and disadvantaged areas.
